Social Brew, Pyrmont

Social Brew are just waiting for you to visit next breakfast brunch

Situated within walking distance to the Sydney Fish Markets, Social Brew is a lively, welcoming cafe serving some appetizing meals. It was a gorgeous, sunny day in Sydney. I even observed some cafe-goers bringing picnic mats and having refreshments brought over from the kitchen.

What we sampled:
Charred Angus steak sandwich, gorgonzola, house made horseradish mayo & pickled eschalots - beef cooked medium rare, still juicy.

Special of the day last week was the Wood smoked salmon Benedict, sautéed kale and wasabi hollandaise served on brioche

For plenty of indulgence, be sure to order the Ricotta hotcakes, maple marinated strawberries with pistachio butter it’s light on the ricotta and more pancake-y in texture which soaks up the maple syrup greedily. Much like how these will be eaten!
