Colourful, fresh raw fish in a light citrusy and truffle dressing. It’s simple, delicate and gorgeous to look at.
Looking at the price hurts but you have to remember this is some of the fines prime wagyu in those dumplings.
The only dish we found disappoint was this dessert. All looks and hardly any substance, I love theatre in meals but only if it can live up to it.
