I’ve got to be honest with you, aside from the occasional iced coffee I seldom select it so this post is just showcasing an experience, a little snapshot of our day really. I chose the daily special, the espresso with milk and it was really good! I detected some aromatic citrus notes and found I didn’t need to add any sugar as it was easy to drink. The wonderful blend in the espresso that day was the Kenya Kihuyo AB
Ash is the coffee aficionado, so much so that it courses through his veins so I trust him when he thinks the espresso is the pick of the two.
They take their coffee seriously here, wait staff work incredibly fast clearing away empty cups, the barista does not stop filling up mug after mug during our time there, planning a visit to Melbourne soon? Seek out Brother Baba Budan, stay for a drop and fill up your lungs with the scent of roasted coffee beans, it’ll be worth a visit.
