It’s time to rejoice fellow Sydney siders for there is a new all you can eat sushi and sashimi restaurant in town.
Shokuji does an all you can eat sushi and sashimi for incredible value at $39.80
Yep, you heard me right. And when compared to Kansai, which offers $32 without sashimi and $42 with it, Shokuji offers way better value.
If you’re not too keen on the idea of raw fish, there is an all you can eat option without sashimi for $29.80 For obvious reasons, groups dining together are to have the same all you can eat option
Currently, the all you can eat is available for dinner only, you can opt for a la carte however why would you when the fish is fresh from the markets every day? I know this because owners Lei and Sharp reassure everyone. Some of you may be skeptical and I completely understand why. How can the cost be so reasonable and still be safe for consumption? That’s because of the simple decor and low overhead costs. The chefs cook everything to order so there’s less wastage from prep with the added bonus of having your meal fresh and hot.
Monday to Friday lunch (11am to 3pm) and dinner (5pm to 8pm)
On Saturdays, they’re open for dinner only from 5pm to 10pm
MsBrulee dined as guests of Shokuji. Opinions however are my own. Full disclosure, Shokuji is owned and run by some friends of mine but I honestly think their all you can eat menu is very reasonable for the price and the quality is excellent.
